Intimate your Claim to your Insurance Agent as well as Company immediately 24 hours of Hospitalization.
Carry patient I.D. card in Hospital i.e. PAN Card, Aadhar Card, etc. and Policy Copy.
Follow up with TPA Desk in Hospital for all communication regarding Cashless Authorization. Tell them to keep one copy of each communication of email sent to Insurance Co. to customer as well as to the Agent also.
Keep all Original Hospital Bills, Doctor Request Letter against each Report, Pharmacy Bills, Doctors Prescription and Reports date wise in File.
Get Copy of Indoor Case Papers with Treatment Sheet in details from Hospital.
Get Part B of Claim form Filed and Sign from Hospital.
Submit your claim at least within 15 Days after dischar
